WHO IS BEHIND INNERVOX?
Melissa Rose
Melissa is Founder and Director of InnerVox and has been delivering workshops, coaching and training in human development for over seventeen years.
As head facilitator of InnerVox workshops, she is a transformational voice and performance specialist. She works with organisations, leaders, and teams to unlock authentic communication, elevate confidence, and create high-performing, connected cultures.
With a unique background spanning West End performance, science, and human behaviour, Melissa bridges the gap between technical expertise, emotional intelligence, and intuitive development - delivering experiences that create lasting personal and professional transformation.
Melissa trained at The University of Surrey & Guildford School of Acting, graduating with a First Class Master’s degree in Musical Theatre, and also holds a BSc in Microbiology from The University of Nottingham. This rare combination allows her to approach human performance through both a scientific and intuitive lens, making her work both deeply impactful and highly practical.
As a West End performer and original cast member of Back to the Future The Musical in London’s Adelphi Theatre in the West End, Melissa has performed at the highest level of the industry and worked alongside world-renowned creatives, including writer Bob Gale. Her additional credits include West Side Story, Soho Cinders, and performances across the UK and internationally, alongside appearances on Britain’s Got Talent, The Olivier Awards, and Big Night of Musicals.
Alongside her performing career, Melissa’s work has spanned over schools, professional performers, educators, CEOs, entrepreneurs and corporate environments - giving her a rare depth of experience across all levels of growth and performance.
Melissa has impacted over 60,000 individuals during her time facilitating.
