4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
4.1 Payments
All payments for services, courses or memberships must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are displayed on the website or provided on request. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated:
Individual Sessions / Coaching Sessions
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 48 hours are chargeable at the full rate.
Courses, Workshops or Group Programmes
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law.
If you miss a live class or session, recordings or catch-ups (if offered) are at our discretion.
Memberships / Subscriptions
Membership fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
5. Digital Products & Online Content
Digital resources, downloads, pre-recorded training and online course materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
You receive a personal licence to use the materials for your own learning only.
You must not:
Share, upload or redistribute our content
Sell or modify any materials
Publish or copy them without written permission
All intellectual property remains with InnerVox.
6. Class Conduct & Code of Behaviour
To maintain a safe, positive learning environment:
Respectful behaviour is expected towards all participants and staff.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session (online or in-person) if behaviour is inappropriate.
Refunds will not be issued for removals due to misconduct.
7. Health, Safety & Your Responsibilities
By participating in lessons or sessions:
You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part.
You agree to follow any instructions given by your coach or facilitator.
You accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and participation.
If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate, you must inform us before the session.
InnerVox accepts no liability for injuries or damages arising from misuse of techniques, failure to follow guidance, or pre-existing conditions.
8. Online Sessions (WhatsApp / FaceTime / Zoom / Google Meets / Virtual Training)
When participating in online coaching:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, technical setup and safe practice environment.
You are responsible for your privacy settings (e.g., camera on/off).
Sessions may not be recorded without explicit permission from InnerVox.
9. Photography, Filming & Recordings
We may occasionally take photos, screenshots or recordings for training, documentation or promotional purposes. We will always request your consent before using any identifiable image, voice or footage.
You must not record or distribute sessions, workshops or sessions without written consent from InnerVox.
10. Safeguarding & Under-18s
Under-18s must have parental/guardian consent to participate.
A responsible adult must be aware of all bookings and activities.
We follow safeguarding best practices and reserve the right to decline services if appropriate procedures cannot be met.
11. Liability & Disclaimer
InnerVox provides training and coaching based on professional knowledge and experience but results cannot be guaranteed.
You participate in all services at your own risk.
We are not liable for:
technical failures,
loss of income or business,
indirect or consequential damages,
injuries caused by improper technique or ignoring safety guidance.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence).
12. Intellectual Property
All content on innervox.co.uk including:
text
pictures
videos
exercises
worksheets
branding
designs
is owned by InnerVox unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, republish, repost, or distribute any content without written permission.
13. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
illness
technical issues
severe weather
power outages
strikes
pandemics
government restrictions
If such events occur, we may reschedule, move sessions online, or offer alternatives. Refunds may not be issued.
14. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate your access to any service if:
you breach these Terms,
misuse content,
behave inappropriately, or
fail to make payment.
No refunds are issued for services terminated due to client misconduct.

Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Use them at your own discretion.
